This film marks the longest gap between the first and third films in an MCU trilogy, 8 years & 10 months. The movie will also explore the arc of a powerful cosmic being, Adam Warlock, portrayed by actor Will Poulter, the character teased in the post-credit scene at the end of Volume 2.
