Cashless mode, on the Non Tax Receipt Portal (NTRP) guidance available. Vaccination Days : Tuesdays and Thursdays. We decided to cancel our room and crossed the street to stay at the Comfort Suites. We needed to return to the airport in the morning but the shuttle was not available at the time we wanted so would have to book an earlier shuttle adding to the discomfort of our stay. When I asked what came with business class, the person at the front desk said “2 free bottles of water”. Additionally, when I booked the room I chose business class. We explained that we were staying because we missed our flight, didn’t have our luggage and asked for a toothbrush and other amenities. No one told us this when we called for a reservation. When we got to the hotel there was a sign that the hotel water was turned off for service. After waiting over 35 minutes called and that is when we were informed that the shuttle would be from Quality Inn. The first problem was that no one told us the airport shuttle would be labeled Quality Inn instead of Radisson, so we missed it. We missed our connection and being loyal Radisson customers decided to stay at the Radisson hotel near the airport.
